Do you sell flooring as well as install it?

Project timelines vary depending on the size of the space, flooring type, and any preparation work required. Most residential projects are completed within a few days. We provide a clear timeline before work begins.

Can we stay in our home during installation?

In most cases, yes. Some areas may be temporarily inaccessible during installation, but we work efficiently to minimize disruption and keep your home clean and livable.

Do I need to move furniture before installation?

We recommend removing personal items and smaller furniture in advance. Larger pieces can often be moved as part of the installation process, which can be discussed during your consultation.

DBI Floors proudly serves Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding Treasure Valley communities.

We are also available for projects in nearby areas of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Travel outside our primary service area may include a small fee to cover additional fuel, time, or lodging when required. Please contact us to discuss your project and location.

Do you offer repairs for older flooring installations?

Yes. We frequently receive calls from customers years after installation because their flooring has performed well over time. While most manufacturer warranties have time limits, we are often able to perform repairs, replacements, or improvements depending on the condition of the floor.

If the flooring is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to help facilitate the warranty claim and seek appropriate repairs or replacement when applicable.

Availability for repair work may vary based on scheduling and project scope. Repair services outside of warranty coverage are typically billed at standard service rates.
